What a wonderful hotel located in a very pleasing area, Altstadt Innsbruck. The owners have done a fantastic job updating this hotel built in the 1400s. Everything is top-quality from the furnishings to the hardware to the environmental intelligence to the breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at Weisses Kreuz twice now, and will stay there every time I visit Innsbruck.

The Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz is a unique hotel in the middle of the old town of Innsbruck. It is probably one of the best locations in town. The building has so much character being from 1465, yet the rooms are modern and top notch, with smart A/C that turns off when the windows are opened. It is a small business and the owners work themselves at the reception and the bar. Yes, bar and reception are both the same and they are on the 6th floor of the building! I rented one of their smallest room without breakfast for only a couple of nights, and the staff made me feel like I was their only guest. Incredible hospitality. I will recommend this place in one breath with Innsbruck.
