The hotel is very convenient,near the train station and the old town. It was pretty clean but very noisy.You could hear people talking from another room and the cars outside. The staff were very nice and accommodating. This was my second time to stay there, for a short stay it’s ok.

Never actually seen a bathroom like it - was like a porta-loo. That said, the shower was decent , so perhaps I’m being harsh. What is unacceptable though, is not having a functioning reception. Only open for a couple of hours in the morning and then in the afternoon. Very unhelpful for travellers. Breakfast not bad

Very outdated property. Lots of maintenance and painting needed throughout. Bathroom was wonky- shower doors were in need of updating, zero amenities- no lotion, no hot water, no Coffee. Breakfast was super limited- hard boiled eggs, rolls, coffee machine, cheeses and cold cuts. The only positive was that it was included in room price. Location close to restaurants, shopping and train station.

3 stars just about right
Maybe we are spoiled Americans but if no AC then at least a fan would be nice. Check in is not easy since the hotel is locked up until check in time so no place to put your bags. Check out time is a small window to. Has a 1970s feel but is clean, reasonably priced and very good breakfast. I’d recommend,but I’d probably not choose it again

Basic old-world accommodation. I do not need air conditioning but need a fan to handle the heat of the day. My room had a full bath but since there was a common toilet and shower down the hall, I assume that not every room had one.

Good location, 7 min walk to station and plaza. Room was tiny, no air con, and too much street noise to leave window open. No tea making facilities. Ok for one-night.

Easy 5 minute walk to the train station, we found a laundromat maybe 7 minutes walk away, which was really helpful. Breakfast was good with several staff keeping it up. Check in was promptly at 3:00pm, not a second earlier but the door was opened maybe 5 minutes before. There was no luggage storage left at the train station but we found an app that pointed us to this small restaurant nearby that also does luggage storage as a side business which was a big help.
