Stinky bed sheets and pillows, feels like they don’t wash them for days. Buffet is average. No iron or fridge in the room. But shower, room itself and location is very nice.

The showers are extremely small and wasn’t sure if the double glass closed shut…we asked front desk questions about evening activities and they said that there was not anything to do after 5:00….not true because we took bus to Interlaken ost, walked across bridge and went to Harder Bahn as well as ate dinner at top. Staff should have known better late afternoon/evening things to do.

Excellent location, located next Interlaken west station platform (depending where you seating in train sometimes train literally stops infront of hotel). Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was helpful.

A good option, but..
Very small room, very hard to navigate with two people and suitcases, the bedding was spongey, coffee machine but no cream/sugar or cream, thin towels. Plusses: right at the West station literally, clean, safe, efficient for train travel.

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff, great location right outside the train station Interlaken west. Convinient10 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost, in central of Interlaken town. Breakfast is amazing with variety selections including smoke salmon.

The hotel was nice, room was clean. Bathroom was large but not practical, so much wasted space. No room to set toiletries bag, and shower curtain felt like ikea quality, didn’t match the aesthetic of the room. A few other things, plastic cups in the bathroom, no lid on the toilet, which is a big NO for me. Big price for what it actually was.

The front desk receptionist was so rude. She made us to wait over an hour because the room was not cleaned yet. When I went up to her to ask how much longer we have to wait, she said I had to ask her earlier. We were waiting on a sofa right in front of her! He other two receptionists also totally ignored us.

Had an amazing and very comfortable stay here which was essential after being out all day! Shower was incredible and beds very comfortable. Clean rooms and sleek design. Complementary breakfast was great as well, and the hotel is very conveniently located right next to the Interlaken West train station.
