Lucky Stone Cottage - Quality Affordable Cayuga Lake Vacation

Located minutes from award-winning wineries along the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, this is the perfect location to explore Finger Lakes wine country with friends and family.

Lucky Stone Cottage is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath ranch-style lake house set on 5 quiet acres, with 150 feet of private lakefront along the western shore of Cayuga Lake.

Guests can enjoy the views of Cayuga Lake as they prepare and enjoy meals in either the kitchen or dining room. A spacious living room and additional family room provide plenty of lounging space indoors, or enjoy the screened-in porch and views of Cayuga Lake. A master bedroom with ensuite bath, along with two additional bedrooms provides sleeping for 8.

Fill your day along beautiful Cayuga Lake by fishing, swimming, or lounging with a good book. The private lakeside beach is located just across the quiet country road, where there is a large dock with a boat hoist and swim ladder, and plenty of room for enjoying the lakefront.

If you can peel yourself away from the lake, there are an abundance of local things to do! Within three miles of Lucky Stone Cottage you can find five delightful Cayuga Lake wineries, and just over the hill you can drop in on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail as well. Cornell University, Ithaca College and Hobart/William Smith Colleges are close by, as is Watkins Glen, many beautiful State Parks, golf courses, hiking and biking trails, and shopping at the Outlet Mall. Lucky Stone Cottage on Cayuga Lake is sure to be your perfect vacation spot!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

Great place to spend the week!
This is a lovely, clean and tidy home right across the small street from Cayuga Lake. It has a new coat of paint outside, so it looks much better than the picture. There were 4 adults and a child and we had plenty of room to spread out. There are actually TWO dining rooms and living rooms! My adult children and my grandson walked across the street, and used the shed provided there to store their fishing gear, and spend quite a few happy hours fishing, There was lots of room to store the food we brought, and plenty of pots and pans for cooking it! I would definitely go back again!

The home was is a nice location. Bedrooms were spacious. Plenty of seating for all. Nice view of the lake. The pull out sofa was not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked.

The Place We Needed
A great respite for a family trip to memorialize a loved one. The house had plenty of space for everyone to sit and share stories. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The setting was gorgeous and we took many pictures down by the lake

The cottage is much bigger inside than it appears. Plenty of room for our group of 7. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked all our meals there. The beds were comfortable, keeping in mind that the sleeper sofa is just a sleeper sofa. The place was clean and safe and had a beautiful view of the lake.

The house was much larger then expected. Very clean and many sleeping accommodations. All the kitchen amenities you need if you to stay in and cook. Very large yard with great lakefront property and cant hear a peep at night. Would highly recommend!

Great location ~ wonderful stay!
It’s our fifth time staying at this cottage ~ very roomy ~ love the beach front and front screened in porch! It was a great getaway during this pandemic as social distancing outside is so easy! Plan to visit again next year if we can!

The location of this property was perfect! We enjoyed local attractions such as hiking, water falls, and wineries. Then were able to walk across the road and enjoy beautiful Cayuga Lake! We will definitely be back!

Labor day weekend
My family booked this house labor day weekend (4 nights). We had a nice stay but we would not return. The house is old and outdated which is fine however for the price of the house per night I was dissapointed at how little the property comapny provided to us. We were given one garbage bag per can and one roll of toilet paper. We had to go into town and buy house stuff that I think should be provided by the rental property, this place isn't cheap! Some of the drawers in the kitchen wouldn't open and the most frustration was at night we wanted to watch a movie on HBO but someone who stayed at the cabin put a parental lock on HBO. We called the rental property to see what the code was but they were unaware of it. Over all we had a nice stay but for the cost of the place We expected more.

Really enjoyed our stay!
We love this property ~ have stayed here before. Need to take spices, olive oil, aluminum foil, paper plates and anything else that you might use every day. Lots of room in the cottage with plenty of regular plates, coffee mugs, glasses and wine glasses. Lots of room on the beach too ~ beautiful spot! ❤️
