What a beautiful and homey place to stay while in Interlaken. It was steps away from a grocery store and the train station but also very walkable to the river and restaurants. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

December family trip

This was our first trip to Switzerland, we had 8 people in a 3bedroom unit and it was really great! The unit had 3 separate bedrooms and a full size pull out sofa. First, we absolutely loved being right by the train station. After long days of day trips by train, it was really nice to be "right there" when getting back. The grocery store right next door was also so convenient for just a few quick things to have on hand for the kids. The apartment is super spacious and I absolutely loved having a washer/dryer, even a whole laundry room. Such a great amenity when traveling with kids. They provided the pods as well. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with the basics, although we really didn't use it much The bathrooms were stocked with products, the daily housekeeping was great, and the beds were actually very comfortable! The staff were great with communication (so easy via WhatsApp). Every staff member we met was super helpful with helping us figure out the train, making sightseeing recommendations, and making dinner reservations. This is different than a typical hotel - there isn't a lobby bar/restaurant or a common area place to hang out, but for what we needed it for our large group, it was really wonderful.

The one bedroom apartment is huge and spacious with a big balcony. Well equipped and excellent location. However the bedroom was not well ventilated with no windows and the water pump is so noisy next to sofa bed.

Beautiful stay at beautiful apartment

My stay at the apartment was great. The apartment is fully equipped with all essentials. The location is very good as well. Note: it will be great if the mattress is higher so it will be more comfortable specially for elder people. Special thanks to Pedro who was really professional and helpful.

Be careful with the security deposit!

Great room, however they require a 500CHF security deposit upfront, and does not refund you immediately at checkout. Its been almost 1 month and I have yet to receive my deposit back - they said there is an issue with their payment provider, however, even after giving them my bank account details, they are not responsive in returning your money. It should not take an additional 2 weeks to process a bank transfer. Be very careful with this!

Dear Mrs Wong, We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us in Interlaken. As per our policy to refund the security (damage) deposit, the time for the refund is up to 14 days. You received your deposit refunded, to your account, within 7 days of check out. Based on feedback, we have changed the deposit policy to only block the deposit amount and not withdraw it, unless there are damages in the property. This way, you will receive the release of your deposit even faster. Kindly keep in mind that during lockdown and regulations to ‘work from home’, our staff are working less hours than usual, and although they are at your service, they may take a day or two longer to come back to you. We apologise for any inconvenience, and we do hope to welcome you again soon. With kind regards

정말 10점만점에 100점을 주고싶은 곳입니다 동역 바로앞 coop 바로앞이여서 위치가 우선 너무 좋고 현대적이고 깔끔하고 편리한 아파트였어요 리셉션도 너무 친절하고요 다음에 인터라켄에 온다면 꼭 다시 이용고싶어요

非常近火車站十分方便

一切都很好,房間很大,只是check-in時候沒有人,好彩有電話能致電,如果預先通知會更好,非常鄰近火車站,很方便!
