This special property features 2 separate units that are not connected internally aka a Duplex. Here are a few things PEOPLE LOVE about The Grey Stone House

#1 Location, 5 minutes to the World renowned Interlochen Arts Academy, 20 minutes to Traverse City, 26 miles to the Sleeping Bears Dunes National Park, 17 miles to Crystal Mountain, 3 miles to the Blue Bridge Events Center, 1/2 mile to Interlochen Golf course, 30 miles to The Homested. And is located on 16 acre Tuller's Lake, RIGHT OFF of US 31, just 1/2 mile from the traffic light in Interlochen.

#2 Our house is newly remodeled, the unit is AIR CONDITIONED for those warm summer days, great effort has went into sound proofing one side from the other, this is what a recent guest had to say (The way the duplex is set up your privacy is not compromised at all. In fact I would of never known we had a neighbor unless I saw their car. We did not hear a peep. Gaea)

#3 Our FIRE PIT area, after exploring our beautiful area for the day come home and relax at by a fire, it is just a real cool place to hang out overlooking the lake.

#4 THE LAKE, we have a couple of boats for your use, row around the lake, check out the Beaver Dam on the other side! Oh yes there is fish in it as well.

#4 The YARD, PATIO & LAKE are awesome since it allows you to enjoy the best days of summer outside and grill to your heart's delight with the GRILL found there!

Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our house or property at all times during your stay.

#2 Our house is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, this house is a Duplex, there is no bathtub we have a stand up shower, there is no dishwasher, located RIGHT OFF of US 31, road noise when outside etc.

#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.

The Grey Stone House is located in Interlochen right off of US 31, on Tuller's Lake a 16 acre lake, the center point of activities in the Traverse region.

This unit features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as POTS & PANS, COFFEE MAKER, TOASTER, BLENDER, SLOW COOKER and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal.
This is a 2 BEDROOM unit with a queen size bed's the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 50” Smart TV, Netflix, also has ULTRA FAST 5G WIFI .
The bathroom has a STAND UP SHOWER, HAIR DRYER, IRON & BOARD and WASHER & DRYER so that you can take care of your laundry needs.
This unit has a beautiful private deck with FIRE PIT area which overlooks the lake and also has a PATIO TABLE / CHAIRS & outside GRILL so that you can truly enjoy those long summer days.
