Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGood check in directions. Had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. They even have paddle boats and wood for a Campfire. I didnt realize it is a duplex, but that didnt bother us at all. Will stay again if we are ever up th I s way!

Perfect for visiting IAA
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMoved our student into IAA and used this house as our home base. It was perfect. Super quick to get to the campus, close enough to everything else, and our cats enjoyed watching the happenings on the lake from the windows!

Our Review
Publié le 19 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe 15 or so acre pond made the property very enjoyable. There was a family or Trumpeter Swans - 2 adults and 5 young -- on it, we also saw four mallards, two wood ducks and four divers, probably ring neck ducks, possibly blue bills. A sandhill crane flew over and a raccoon ambled across the back yard. We also enjoyed a boat ride - the boats were clean and well kept and a good size for the pond. We did not go fishing, but I noticed one of the reels was inoperable. The biggest downside is that it is very close to US 31, so there was a lot of traffic noise. The house was barebones, but that was all right with us. Back by the pond, the yard was mushy and wet, probably from recent rains. Location was good for activities in the area and the area is very nice. Our dog loved it. We would stay there again. There was no need to communicate with the property manager, so that rating should be not applicable.
