Publié le 22 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayMagnifique maison. Spacieuse , accueillante, bien décorée et équipée. Elle était chauffée à notre arrivée, tard le soir. Tourbe pour la cheminée à notre disposition. Nous reviendrons.

Accueil irréprochable - gite très confortable
Publié le 9 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayTrés bon accueil, hôtesse agréable, gite bien adapté à notre famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants 10/11 ans, mais conviendrait aussi pour 4 adultes), accès assez facile une fois localisé.

Pas trop loin de Galway, toute proche des grands étendues du Connemara

Such a pleasant stay in Connemara!
Publié le 17 juin 2019 sur HomeAwayRight from the start, on top of their warm welcome, Janet & Mickael treated us to a vital piece of information concerning music in a local pub. What an evening! We'll remember it for years to come.
The cosy house is ideally situated for visiting Connemara, and has the added bonus of allowing morning or evening walks to the seaside down the lane.
We'll come again.

Thank you all for getting involved and singing your French song. It was really appreciated. I am still recovering from meeting a French person with a perfect Yorkshire accent. We really enjoyed meeting you all and as you now know, there is enough to do here to keep you going for many visits. To explain to any review readers - our local pub hosts a weekly musical gathering - not really to entertain but to give the locals a chance play and sing together to pass on the aural traditions of this Irish speaking area. Visitors are welcome to sing.

Publié le 18 mai 2016 sur HomeAwayBeau cottage, spacieux pour 4 personnes, bonne literie, espaces douche fonctionnels. Le cottage est bien situé au calme près de la mer, dans un environnement pittoresque. Le petit super marché de proximité est appréciable.
Améliorations souhaitables: meilleures indications pour trouver la maison, quelques ustensiles se cuisine en plus et des porte serviettes supplémentaires dans les salles de bain.
Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans le Connemara.

We love Teach na Mbo
Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect cottage for our five day stay. Everything we needed was available. It was spacious and comfortable. Janet, The host was lovely. We also loved the location. Short walk to Galway Bay and short drive to the ferry to get to Inis Mor. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere so peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this cottage if Western Ireland is your destination.
