Negatives: Cleaning material left in master bedroom, from maintenance staff. Very poor water pressure in en suite shower. Oily frying pans in kitchen. No shower soap or body-wash.

We only found out about these issues when you checked out of the property. Had you let us know immediately of any concerns our team would have been able to assist you and rectify these issues. All these negatives that resulted in you giving a poor review of a wonderful house would have been addressed during your stay had you given our team the opportunity.
