Bright and spacious, open plan, modern and comfortable apartment in the heart of Inverness.

Nestled between the bus and train stations it couldn't be more conveniently positioned with shops, restaurants and all of Inverness's attractions on the doorstep.

Inverness Castle, River Ness, Eastgate Shopping Centre, pubs, clubs, restaurants and cafes are all within a short walk or even just around the corner.

There are 3 grocery shops just minutes away too, namely a Co-op store is on Chuch Street, Morrisons Supermarket is a short walk, cutting through the train station and M&S Foodhall is in Eastgate shopping centre.

The 49inch smart TV has Google Chromecast connected so you can watch all your streaming accounts or see your photos or videos up on the big screen. Combine this with our super fast and unlimited wifi so stream to your hearts content! Sit and enjoy re-living your day sharing your days photos and videos on the big screen.

In the kitchen you will find complementary tea, coffee, sugar and milk waiting for you together with biscuits, shortbread, cereal, porridge, a loaf of bread, butter, jam and marmalade.

In the bathroom you will find complementary shower gel, soap, hair shampoo and toilet rolls.
Enjoy a hot and powerful shower or rest and recline in a warm bath. A hairdryer is supplied and can be found on the dressing table in the master bedroom.

Wow - Just fantastic
I can’t speak highly enough of this stay. The property was perfect and in a fantastic position. The host was even better though. Fantastic communication, extremely generous and wonderfully welcoming. If you’re thinking of staying in Inverness don’t let a chance to stay here slip by.

Very nice accommodations. It’s spacious and sparkling clean and Jennifer left us some snacks which was very thoughtful and appreciated. The location is right downtown and walkable to restaurants and shopping.

Loved the thoughtfulness of arriving and having a loaf of fresh bread milk in the fridge butter and jam cereals and everything you needed straight up . We arrived very late due to our flight being cancelled so was nice to have walked in and had a cup of tea. The towels were lovely and soft and the apartment was very clean and tidy, we loved our stayed.

Excellent Stay!
This was a lovely apartment to stay at. Very comfortable and close to everything in Inverness. We had a car and there is a city parking lot that was not very expensive. The host was lovely and helpful, and we were able to check in a bit early which was great. The washer in the apartment was very convenient. I recommend staying here!

This apartment is conveniently located in the downtown area close to shopping and restaurants. Jennifer is a wonderful host who responded promptly to all our questions. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped! Information about the apartment and instructions for operating the washer/dryer, television, and all appliances were detailed in a nice notebook. The bedding is comfortable and enabled a good nights rest. All in all, the description of the apartment and amenities is very accurate. Thank you Jennifer for being a great host!

This flat was just perfect for our family holiday consisting of my elderly parents and auntie in addition to me staying there. The host was very communicative in how to get there and letting us know where the best place was to park our rental car for the duration of our stay. It was behind the flat within a two-minute walk from the flat and secure. The flat was very well equipped with the stuff that we needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Also, the host also supplied the soap for the washer and dish washer which was very kind of her to do so. The flat's location is very central to Inverness and easy to walk around since everything was within a five-to-ten-minute walk. If we ever make our way back to Inverness, we would like to stay here again!

Great location in Inverness
We really enjoyed our family’s 3 night stay here. The flat was perfect for us and our two teenage daughters. Inverness is very easy to get around, and the location is very convenient to restaurants and a great way to get a feel for Inverness. It is also very convenient to a car park which the host provided directions to and recommended. My only advisement for future guests is that the interior doors are very heavy - guests with any physical limitations may find them challenging to use. Additionally, you have to be thoughtful with your hot water consumption and timing with showers, though once we realized that it wasn’t an issue to manage. The flat is very clean and well appointed. It was particularly nice to have a small desk set up as a vanity in one of the bedrooms given there is only one bathroom. Thank you for the lovely stay - if we are ever in Inverness again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

Great Stay!
Flat was very well appointed and very clean! Great location for walking in Inverness. Only issue was broken elevator after we checked in but owner was very prompt with responding to issue and it was fixed in timely manner. Would recommend to anyone that wants a great location along with a very nice flat!

Excellent location for train bus stations, even though it is in the city centre the apartment was very quiet. Exceptionally clean and well equipped, the welcome pack was a pleasant surprise Customer care by the owner was excellent. Unfortunately lift was faulty on our arrival and awaiting repair, to ensure we would be OK the owners husband met us, explained the situation, and carried our cases upstairs. for which we were very grateful It was repaired the following day. I have already recommended to friends

Great flat and amazing location!
Jennifer's place is awesome. Easy to locate and a quick walk from the train station. We rented a car to do some sightseeing and a car-park was a quick walk away for £9 per 24/hrs. Very comfortable apartment overall, however not sure why the doors are all equipped with heavy-handed shutting mechanisms, as it was difficult for my senior parents to get in and out of each room. But the lift was essential for them and others with accessibility issues. I love the sound of seagulls and hope you do too! Anywhere in downtown they are present so bring earplugs if you are not a fan. Would stay again in this place when back in Inverness.

Located right near the train, bus, meeting point for Timberbush tours, Victorian market and many restaurants. In unit washing machine was super great! Host was very responsive and helpful with Inverness advice about restaurants, tours, etc.. Would love to come back!

Wonderful apartment. Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, and everything we could ever think we might want was provided. Breakfast being provided was a real treat. It was a bit tricky arriving in the dark but a reread of the information from the host was all that was needed.

Great property in Inverness
The apartment was just as stated in the description when we booked it. It was in a great location with easy access to downtown and the train and bus stations. The check-in process went very well. The owner was easy to contact and helped us throughout the stay with very helpful suggestions. In addition, the apartment was stocked with some essentials like coffee, tea, cereal, and even milk in the refrigerator. We would be glad to stay there again when we return. This was a really enjoyable stay.
