Quiet Stay in a Beautiful Location
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely stay at this cottage. It is in a very secluded area and we enjoyed the quiet. The views of the loch are breathtaking! We enjoyed watching the pheasant run thru the yard daily. The bed is comfortable and we were very happy here!

Thanks so much for your visit and being such lovely guests. We're delighted you loved the cottage and its amazing location and that our local pheasant paid you visits. In the garden or on the beach, guests also sometimes see red squirrels, pine martens, deer and even once an otter.

Peaceful Lich Ness
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayReturned here because it is an ideal spot if you want stunning scenery, access to a rocky beach, private, cosy cottage and peace. We love the cottage because it is comfortable, warm and ideally placed away from the crowds, nut close to beautiful walks and local attractions. Will be returning.

Great location!
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cabin is set in a beautiful spot right on the shores of Loch Ness! We used it as a point to explore the Cairngorms, Ben Nevis, and Fort William. Americans: we assumed barbecue grill meant an outdoor grill; please note that it is merely the grill function in the oven like a broiler. The stove and oven don’t have markings so are a fun challenge. Also note that towels are provided for a 5-pound added fee each. The four season room is terrific and we spent most of our time there when we were at the cabin!

Very nice cottage in secluded location
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay here! The cottage is spacious and very, very quiet. It is secluded so having a car and driving is a necessity. Having private access to the lakeshore was a bonus and we had a small fire the last night there as the weather cooperated.

Beautiful walks and scenery within walking distance. The couch is a bit uncomfortable to sit on after a days hiking. Would definitely turn the dining room into a living room to relax in at night as the views from there are spectacular.
Please put a blind in the toilet .
