Hotel is well located, the room was nice and clean and the staff were perfect!
What wasn’t good in my room is insonorisation: i had to put ear plug to not ear the snoring of the room next to me. And the hot water machine in the shower : i tried all the possible settings on the small electrical water heater but it was either too cold or to hot (burning hot).

The staff is very friendly. The carpet in the room is very dirty. There isn’t A/C in the room. The bathroom has a corner shower, which is very small. The showerhead is low pressure and it doesn't release Enough amount of water. There is a aroma of curry everywhere.

The listing should report that the lift is not in use. This would be helpful for clients who are disabled and cannot climb stairs.

Room wasn’t very clean. Beard/body hair all over the window ledge on arrival and the bathroom smelled musty the whole time. A lot of noise from the rear of the building - kitchen/plant etc, too noisy to have a window open. Whole hotel smells strongly of Indian food due to the attached restaurant downstairs which is open plan so odours travel up the stairway/hallways. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend. Great location to explore the town centre though.
