Relax in our calm and elegant space.Spacious apartment in Anatoli area of ​​Ioannina, 3 km from the ❤️ of the city, newly built, with a private yard and parking space. The accommodation provides all the hospitality needs. Kitchen, cooking utensils, dining room extending for 2-4 people,washing machine,refrigerator, etc.
Near us at a distance of 300m. there’s a supermarket, at a distance of 50m. mini market, opposite us a pharmacy and in our space there is a hair salon!
Our space consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances (oven “AEG”, ceramic hobs “AEG”, refrigerator “Lg”, coffee maker “Nespresso”, kettle, toaster) as well as cooking utensils.

In the living room you will find an 65’ inch “Smart” TV with YouTube, Netflix etc. for your relaxing hours! The accommodation has a COSMOTE WiFi network with a speed of 100mbs.
It also has a dressing room where you can place your luggage.

The room has a king-size bed with a comfortable 30cm mattress and a large wardrobe with various storage spaces such as for long coats etc.

The bathroom has a bathtub and is equipped with a 7kg washing machine.

The place is "NO SMOKING"

Mainly out of respect for future guests who may have minor children with them or even for adult guests who are non-smokers.
