Publié le 26 juin 2023 sur HotelsCatastrophique : chambre facturée 40$ de plus qu’indiqué sous prétexte que la chambre demandée n’est plus dispo donc chambre supérieure. Pour 90$ : prise de courant cassée, vmc cassée, serviettes de toilette déchirées, distributeur de boissons HS et j’en passe. Au réveil le matin je constate que le parking est quasiment vide donc : belle arnaque aux touristes étrangers. Je déconseille ce motel

The cleaning staff was very u serious and unprofessional. Management can be more concerned about their guests and the ratings of the inn. Not bothered at all!

Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HotelsTotal negative. Price doubled from what was agreed online — no negotiation. No toilet paper - half plug-ins did not work - tv had PARENTAL controls. Breakfast - HA! Too many awful things — will NEVER stay here or recommend.

Very sad! Hidden fees not shown in hotels.com app
Publié le 27 mai 2024 sur HotelsI reserved three rooms: a king bed ( 2 adults), and 2 double queen beds (2 adults and 1 child in each room). Each room was booked for two nights. When I booked on hotels.com, I was given the following prices, $125, $121, and $121 and some change with each one. My total for all three rooms had I paid through the app and not waited to get to the hotel would have been $368 and some change. When we checked in, we were told those prices were incorrect and that they had to charge us more, because the hotel charges additional fees. The fees ended up being $100 more. When I asked the hours for breakfast, I was told that was an additional $10 per person, including the children. The hotel is advertised as having a free continental breakfast. The person checking is in said that was incorrect and if we wanted breakfast we would have to pay for it. I told them they were crazy, I could go to Walmart or a restaurant cheaper, especially since it wasn't even a hot breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean, but I'm very upset about the additional charges. I should have only had to pay what I was given when i reserved through the app. There were other travelers who were stating the same about the additional fees and their bill being higher then it should have been.

Booked online showed up and they said they are not accepting online bookings if I wanted stay I would have to pay them 27 more a night than Expedia let me book it for online
