The hotel was average but what turned us away was the dirty floors in our room that had not been vacuumed and there was no breakfast food even when we came down before 9:00.

Very quiet and comfortable stay. It's the only place we stay at in Iola. Always treated well and customer service is great.

Place needs a maintenance program bad , showers not good , pool area fallin down , hot tub doesn’t work properly, breakfast was very weak , morning staff today was not so friendly,

This place is not clean. Several sockets and lights did not work. Several areas need painting. Make shift repairs need done again with quality workmanship. Washcloths were brown; were they clean or needed bleach? Checked in in middle of the afternoon, lobby lights were turned off; trying to save money on electricity? Staff never said a word checking in or ouf.
