There are 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a large kitchen/dining area with many amenities provided. There's off street parking for at least 3 or 4 cars on a quiet street and street parking. It's close to Ionia fairgrounds and shopping downtown.

Ionia offers picturesque countryside along the scenic Grand River, rich farm lands, beautiful homes and a central location with easy access to Grand Rapids and Lansing.

Great for families
4 bedrooms plus a giant sectional for sleeping large groups. Ability to double park in driveway for about 6 cars if needed. Quiet neighborhood. Close to town and not far from freeway. Host was more than accomodating and very good at communicating.

We loved the access to the trails. The place was clean and provided plenty of towels. However, I would just offer a suggestion of having the kitchen better stocked with simple amenities as coffee/tea, perhaps creamer, shampoo and body wash. It's hard to travel with those toiletries especially when you don't check bags..it would have been helpful. Overall, a fine place to stay close to the little town. The host was responsive to texts and helpful. Thanks

Would definitely stay again!
We came into town for a wedding, so my family and my dad and sister stayed here with us. It was perfect for what we needed, so we would definitely stay again! I will lay out the pros and cons for those that need it: Pros: -Everything was clean - my top priority when it comes to staying somewhere -Owner was very responsive with any questions or issues -Plenty of towels! -Functional and clean washer and dryer (a must for us!) Cons: -We went during a MI heat wave. The downstairs would be cold, but the upstairs was quite a bit warmer. They did have fans in each of the rooms up there, but we were still hot at night ( I'm sure all is fine during normal Michigan summers) -There's only 1 TV and its in the living area. I liked that it forced some family time, but it was also inconvenient a couple of times.

Great stay
We rented the house to stay at for our nieces wedding!! It worked great with the 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, especially nice having a bathroom on the second floor for the middle of the night with a 4 and 5 year old. Beds were comfortable and everything clean!! Quiet dead end road and nice neighbors!! Would definitely stay there again.

Lots of value for the VRBO Rental price!
Older home. Rehab done simply, but tastefully. Lots of room for family and friends to stretch out, relax and enjoy. It's easy to navigate Ionia, and nothing you want to do is very far away. The downtown area has lots of little shops and nice restaurants. Very good value for the VRBO rental price.

Perfect for Pickleball
Perfect place for our group to stay for a recent pickleball tournament. Plenty of room, causal and comfortable accommodations. Nothing fancy, but worked very well for us. Nice sized kitchen and living space.

This house was great for sleeping our group of 9! And we really enjoyed chronicles of narnia on the tv. We had a problem with the stove otherwise would have been a five. The owner was getting a new stove.

Staying in Ionia
This was a great property for staying in Ionia. There are not many clean places to stay. The floor plan upstairs was different with a bedroom inside another bedroom but we had no problems with it. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The queen beds are all upstairs with the bunk bed downstairs. If you have people who have issues with stairs, as another review said, it may not be the place for you. It was a large house with space for us, we would stay again.

Family Visit
We came into town to visit my grandmother who lives about 25 minutes away. There was 10 of us, there was plenty of space. The bathrooms are very nice size for multiple girls to get ready. The yard was great for the little boys to run around and catch fire flies. We had a great time.

Great Reunion or just hanging out
The house was a pleasant location for our family to get together. The one thing that I would suggest is to reconsider if your group has older people. The shower in the upstairs bathroom is rather unsafe to use by any person with balance issues. Best to use it only as a bathtub.

We had wedding in the area and wanted a place we could stay together and relax. This house is perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and comfortable living area. The only reason I gave 4 stars for accuracy of online list was to our great surprise it had 2 bathrooms instead of one! So it is a positive. We would stay here again.

Weekend Family Wedding
Booked this unit after a family member said she was getting married. We opted for the extra bedrooms Incase FL came up, and our kids joined in. The place had amble room, 2 bathrooms. It is an older house, but has been updated in every way. The house was very close to the Rail Trail. Walking, running, and biking. The trail is 42 miles!! It was an enjoyable time!

Easy access to downtown
Home was within walking distance to downtown at end of street next to river valley trail. Friendly neighborhood. Ionia has beautiful architectures buildings, nice downtown and farmers market. Home had plenty of space for us a party of eleven.
