This home is newly remodeled with all new everything. The loft has spiral stairs up to 3 very comfy beds and sitting area with a smart TV. The living room and kitchen are open concept with all new appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry fully stocked. The laundry room has new washer, dryer folding table and hanging rack. The bathroom is very nice with all linens provided. The living room has a Big Screen Smart TV and WiFi is Starlink that is lightning fast. This home will not disappoint and is very relaxing. Pet are allowed but must be well behaved and housebroke and has an additional fee. There is also an outdoor safe space for pets that is very unique. The front porch spans the front of the home and is equipped with furniture and a Pit Boss Pellet grill. The lower tier has an outdoor Pellet fireplace and sitting area. No smoking inside the home but the porch area is okay.
