Pior hotel que já reservei pelo site, em primeiro lugar, minha reserva contava com o café da manhã colonial que simplesmente não foi servido, me disseram que não iriam oferecer o café da manhã por que simplesmente não tinha. Atendimento péssimo, descaso, não ficaria nem de graça mais. Procurem outro hotel, façam esse favor a vocês mesmos

We were woken up by 5 am since people had really loud conversations. By 5:30 they started playing music, which stopped by 6:15. Then, the person in charge apparently started cleaning and played music around 6:45. By then we thought it was a good idea to have breakfast. Went to the restaurant and they didn't have any food. We went out for breakfast and returned for check-out. The app told us the price was 76500 CP but they wanted 90000 CP. The person in charge apologized and after a while he returned the excess charge.
