Excellent location though parking is tight. The person parked below our elevated car forgot to leave his keys behind and we waited abt 20 mins for him to come down and drive his car away so that we could retrieve our car. Otherwise the stay was pleasant though at some points we cld hear our neighbours talking rather loudly.

Hotel was very welcoming in terms of hospitality and comfort. The only setback is the location. It's very dangerous to drop off and pick up as it is located at a curve. Vehicles speeding makes it inconvenient and unsafe too.

Good location to walk round and exploring the museums, food, Ipoh historic culture in the Concubine areas. It's new and clean with friendly stuffs. Plus, the price is very reasonable. Drop off/Pickup is a little bit inconvenient due to the entrance at the curve corner with short stop. I would like to stay in this hotel again when I visit Ipoh again.

Great Hotel!
Excellent hotel. The service of this hotel was outstanding. The staff here, go out of their way to help you. The best customer service I've ever received! Special shout out to Rebecca on reception! The room itself was very comfortable and I had a great view of the river! Room amenities were also great! The shower gel smells divine! And the tv includes free movies, which was a nice added bonus.

Comfortable room
Room was comfortable and a decent size. Nice view of river. Short walk to station. The only thing wrong with the stay was the breakfast. It would be ok but all the hot foods where either cold or lukewarm. A fridge would also be an advantage to keep drinks cool. Overall we would stay again.

Good hotel
Functional hotel in the old town, feels a bit like a Holiday Inn (UK) which does the job but with no frills. Room was big and clean, shower was nice and powerful, TV in the room OK. We had breakfast one morning which wasn’t included in our room rate, we were asked to accompany our server to the reception to pay the bill, felt a little bit of overkill given we could have just paid it on check out. Staff generally very helpful though and the hotel was fine for a couple of nights, for a longer stay I would recommend somewhere a bit more comfortable.
