Dissapointed!

We paid online for queen + single bed room but when we arrived they told us that our room is not available due to dysfunctional air-cond. So they just give us a room with queen size bed + extra bed. The room are small and cramp with the extra bed plus 2 kids. The shower also running very slow. Cleanliness is a so-so. If I knew our room are not available & haven’t paid yet i would probably move to another hotel. A bit pricy for a small & cramp room because we’re expecting a bigger room at the first place. Definitely will not be a return guest.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write us a feedback. We deeply apologized for the air-conditioner problem. We were fully-booked on 27/7/2019 and the air-cond suddenly starts leaking and we decided to upgrade your room. For your info, we upgraded you to Deluxe Room which is more expensive and bigger than the room you were supposed to stay. Although it has one queen size bed, we provided you with extra-mattress for free. We did the best we could to overcome the problem and once again we sincerely apologized for your disappointment. We hope you'll give us another chance to serve you better in future.

not really satisfactory with the cleaning service when we ask to clean room, as the rubbish not empty and drinks not top up.. the blanket just simply tidy.
