Overpriced and not clean at all.

Overpriced even it is still consider budget hotel range. Dusty and spiderweb visible everywhere. Front desk check-in slow thou it just us checking in, with unfriendly facial expression. Have been staying a lot of budget hotel much cheaper than this, but never felt as eerie as this.

Highly Disappointed and Disgusted

Our stay at the Golden Roof was terrible. From the start, the check in took a lengthy amount of time even though no one else was waiting to be checked in. When arriving to our first room, there was a huge yellow stain on the bed. Upon complaining for over an hour, the manager finally offered us an upgrade. Unfortunately, the upgrade was actually a downgrade. Wallpaper falling off, dead bugs on the floor, broken window, drainage problems in the bathroom, other people’s hair all over floor and on the bed. I would highly suggest not to book this hotel and waste your money here. The rooms again were terrible, the couches in the lobby even had stains, the hallways smelt like smoke even though it was nonsmoking, and the staff were rude and not willing help correct the issues. Extremely disgusted and disappointed with this establishment!

THE ROOM 221- ROOM AND PILLOW IS ABIT DUSTY, ROOM IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT WITH THE PHOTO OF PREMIER QUEEN,HONESTLY HAVE A BIT DISAPPOINTED. THE WALLPAPER WAS TORN . ONLY THE LOBBY LOOK'S GRAND.

The customer service was good but the hotel conditions was very poor, there’s a leaking in the washroom and the room wallpaper peeled off.

Clean room , good water heater and good water pressure. Enjoy the shower after a long hot day outside.
