Dit is echt een aanrader super locatie oase van rust super eten en rondleiding op het chateau en wijnkelders!! Zijn top heerlijk zwembad om lekker bij te komen.

Reservation made here not honored!

We had high expectations of our stay at the chateau. Unfortunately we were not allowed to check in. The reservation, which I had prepaid, was not honored. We were told by the reception people they don’t work with Expedia/hofels.com. And therefore cannot let us in. This has never happened to me before. Such a big property and they kick us if? I still can’t believe. I’m not struggling to get a refund. The property would not even send a simple message to the booking website. Or to me. Complete lack of understanding and care. Please avoid. There are nice areas in the area, even if not immediately close.

Poor experience, slack management

Service was inexperienced but very kind. Heating and cooling of rooms was turned off so the room was very hot. Lots of mosquitos but no screens. Finally they double charged us for the room and have refused to refund it, which is ridiculous and we will have to go through VISA to block charge

The staff was excellent and the property was immaculate. we were treated like royalty, I would suggest a must stay if you are in Fez

An exceptional resort! The hotel staff are gracious and accommodating. They know your name when they speak to you with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. The wines are amazing. I can't say enough good things about Chateau Roslane. But most of all, it's the staff. They wowed me. I was treated so graciously that I immediately felt at home. I'll definitely be going back to this five star resort!
