Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe had a great experience at the Hyatt Place Columbia/ Harbison, staff was helpful, and kitchen staff went above and beyond, as my wife and i were getting ready to leave I need ice for our cooler and I ask the front desk where I could get ice I was told that it was on the 3rd and 5th floor. As I was walking off one of the kitchen staff said" come with me honey" ask me how much ice I needed and filled up two gallon bags for me. The only thing I wish they would fix is to have a microwave, we travel in sometimes and pick up dinner adn by the time we unload it is cold, so a microwave to heat would be wonderful.

Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsAfter booking get to hotel and am told my reservation was canceled from the hotel overbooking had my pregnant wife and three year-old daughter and dog in the car. Had to find a new place to stay right away.

Staff was excellent. Elevator floor could be cleaner. Area in the back too secluded when you come in late and have to park over there.
