Watch for $20 incidentals charge after checking ou
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HotelsHotel was clean and room was nice. Bathroom light in shower was extremely dim. No ice bucket in room. Only one ice machine on second floor. Asked front desk clerk for ice bucket and she said they didn’t have any. Another guest wanted an ice bucket so she hunted and found two buckets but no lids. Told us only one ice machine on second floor for all three floors. We stayed on first floor. After leaving this morning I got an alert from my credit card that we were charged $20 from the hotel. Called the hotel and talked to Rachel. She said that was the charge for incidentals. She said in case we broke anything. She said all hotels charge you. I told her we have Never had this happen before! I had asked for a receipt when I turned in my keys and there was no charge on it. My balance was zero! She told me the charge might be taken off in 3 to 5 days. That is crazy! They should go into your room when you check out to make sure everything is fine. The cleaning lady could break something and charge the guest. We will not be staying at anymore Residence Inn!

Stayed here for a Carolina football game. Would definitely stay here again.

The Residence Inn was exactly what I hoped for- big enough (suite), clean, and all the amenities I wanted. Because the inn was so excellent, I could just focus on the enjoyment of the occasion I was celebrating. Thank you for providing such excellence!

This place was perfect for what we needed it for. The staff was so pleasant and friendly. The room had some issues but they were very minor. Bed was comfortable sheets were clean.
