Hidden in a quiet residential neighborhood is the Cozy Cottage- a PET FRIENDLY, private and detached suite! Features drive up entryway, carport with outdoor lounge area, charcoal grill and access to a gated backyard with a playground for those traveling with children. Neighborhood is safe, quiet and perfect for walks. Right off the interstae! 5 minuites to Shopping, dining, theatre and family fun parks/ outdoor parks and mall! Under 10 mins to Lake Murray boat launch and beach park with swimming area and docks for fishing! 10 minutes from Saluda Shoals Riverfront Park for kayaking, rafting, nature trails, splash pad and play ground as well as new off leash, gated dog park! 15 minutes to downtown Columbia and Lexington night life, dining and entertainment as well as Fort Jackson. The Cozy Cottage really is close to it all!

This place should be condemed!
After an 18 hour ride, we walked in to filth, mold and dirt. Filthy, dirty sheets in closet. Old food in the refrigerator and glassware, utensils and dishes i wouldn't let animals drink and eat from. Yes my money was refunded but a hotel cost me 649.00 for my stay. Goes with out say we wont be using vrbo anytime soon.

Cozy cottage was a very convenient and private place close to everything Irmo has to offer. We were relocating to Colombia area and stayed here for twelve days. . Pets owners this a nice place to stay, private and you get a yard. Owner response was also effective. Thank you!

My husband and I came up for show in Columbia, and we made a long weekend of it with our two dogs. Location was great, and there were so many parks with trails in the area for long walks with our boys. The place was cozy, cute, and very compact. We enjoyed all the little extra touches, from the well stocked coffee area to all the toiletries. It had everything someone could need for a weekend getaway.

This is a private cottage behind the property owners main house. It has a parking spot directly in front of the cottage as well. It is well stocked with any item to make you more comfortable from coffee to toothbrushes. The best was amazingly comfortable and the neighborhood was quite. I was able to walk my dogs around the neighborhood and as a bonus there is a really nice park near by. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect for a weekend away. It may seem "small" but it is quite spacious for 2 people to spread out and considering you will only be sleeping here it is truly lovely. Quiet neighborhood behind the owners home. Only ever saw the owners pulling out one day but they left us totally alone. 15 minutes from Columbia was ideal, directly off the highway. Inside the place was everything you'd need AND much much more

Nice place to stay
We stayed at this property for almost a month while we were looking to buy a house in the area. our stay was very comfortable they had everything that we needed. There is a nice yard if you have dogs or even kids and a nice patio area to chill outside. Great location nice neiborhood and close to sooo much! We would definitely recommend this place.

There were cockroaches in this remodeled backyard shed. The host addressed with fogging during our stay, offered a refund if we chose to leave. We willingly accepted a refund upon leaving our stay early due to cockroaches posing a health hazard. We have not received a refund and host has not responded to any continued communication. We still have not heard about or received a refund. Be cautious when planning a stay here.
