My room was on the back side so very quiet. The drain in the sink did not work and the shower curtain was too short allowing water to spill onto the floor.

This property has made many improvements. My room was completely remodeled and very clean. The hallways have old carpet and not so clean and parking lot needs some cleaning.
The breakfast is nice, and squeaky clean.
The exercise room is in an out of the way place in the basement that isn't a good location at all.
It's hard to reach someone by phone sometimes.
Location is great, restaurant next door and others close by.
Staff is very nice, especially Preti.

There was a dirty q-tip in our bathroom. The floors were squeeky. Bathroom sink drained slowly. The property is doing construction/renovations and they calles the day of our reservation letting us know they had ti change our room from a king bed to 2 queens. The staff was friendly.

The room was not as advertised, stated 2 queens seperate room, it was all one room. We could not use the hot tub or pool due to unclean conditions. The bed was like sleeping on a board, the TV stopped working, the windows were left unlocked. When going to get the free breakfast at 8 am the other guests had eaten everything but 2 bagles and they were not putting out additional items. Horribly over priced

Posted Aug. 7, 2024 on HotelsNot great. Not clean. The ladies working the front desk were very very sweet. The hotel itself is very run down and very dirty. My room would have been ok it had been updated a bit but, it was sooo filthy dirty.
