Encore tres bien mais la qualité est en baisse
Publié le 28 oct. 2023 sur HotelsL hotel est tres correct, propre, les employés sympathiques. mais le petit déj n'est plus ce qu'il était. Peu de choix. Pas de pain, que des bagels ou des gauffres. Les hamburgers petit déj sont tous les jours identiques. Donc pendant une semaine, 1 semaine oeuf saussages dans un "croissant" industriel surgelé, réchauffé. Pas top du tout.
De plus, comme dans la plupart des hotels us, le nettoyage de la chambre ne se fait q'en fin de séjour. A vous de faire votre lit tous les jours. A ce prix là , c'est vraiment dommage.

Neighbor behind hotel burned a large structure about bed time. We started to smell smoke. Looked outside our room window and there was a blaze so big it looked like a house fire. Called the front desk, they said they would check with police/fire department. No return call from desk. By this time our room was filling with smoke. We had window closed the entire time and we had turned out AC off. We requested a room toward the front stating I had ‘COPD’ and was having difficult breathing due to the smoke. They apologized saying they had no rooms to offer us. So…..we put the bed covers over our heads, baked as it was so hot in our room due to AC off and tried to sleep. We requested a refund from the manager the next day, she said the fire wasn’t their fault, so they wouldn’t compensate us in any way. A horrible night !

Super outdated. Nothing to do in the area. Room was ok lady at the desk was nice and helpful but again the whole area is boring filled w motels this was the only hotel so my only choice I felt safe at but a complete bore for a town

Little Girls Point is a great beach right on Lake Superior that is a short drive. We have some great waterfall guides to get you going in the right direction.

Quick Stop Over in Ironwood

Multiple errors with reservation, was given room with a dehumidifier plugged in ( they did move us to different room) but the property is WAY OVERPRICED for what it is!
Pool un swimmable 90 degrees more like a hot tub can only imagine the bacteria growing

I do apologize for the issues you had during your stay. We test the pool regularly to be sure that everything is safe for swimmers and the temperature issue has since been corrected. Please give us another opportunity to impress you in the future.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to Ironwood.
