Very close to major highway, not freeway.

Best Cheap Motel, Ever
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HotelsThis is the best cheap motel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot of cheap motels, lol. The owner is a very kind man (with a very sweet cat) who puts a lot of heart into this old motel. The rooms are immaculately clean, all unique, and have a lot of character. It has a homey feel. It's not much to look at from the outside, and we almost didn't stay here, but I'm glad we did.

This is an older property that is being worked on. After a long day on the road all we wanted was a clean quiet air conditioned room. The first room we were given had a faulty A/C unit in it and we were given another room that seemed much fresher and working A/C. All in all not a bad place for road tired travelers.

As the website said, we called ahead when we knew we were going to be late check-ins. Once we got there, check-in was easy and quick. It was a comfortable night's stay!
