Restaurant is nice. Housekeeping was ok— they looked in my windows a few times.

All the staff is friendly and welcoming. We love staying here! It’s so clean and quiete! Parking is easy. We love the 2 drink arrival perk and the updated rooms. Free breakfast is great, All the choices were hot & fresh! They have a awesome omelet bar, OJ & coffee tasted good

Air conditioning did not work in room temperature was set at 70 degrees in hot weather!! There was one specific staff member I had two horrible experiences with to say the least
Her demeanor was the worst she almost hit my husband with a cart that had what looked like hot food twice and it did not look to be an accident
The pool was nice warm but all the kids running around unattended fighting and attempting to choke eachother under water was frightening for my children.
Chips expired for over a month still in the displays for sale
Not the experience I was expecting when visiting another city for work. Will not be returning here.

We have stayed here a number of times. It is a good location, close to the airport, major freeways, and UC Irvine, yet reasonably quiet and certainly safe. The property is well maintained and the staff is very good.
