Ventilation in the bathroom doesn’t exist (or not working AT ALL) and the window doesn’t open to allow air flow.
The two elevators took forever to come to the 5th floor in the morning.
The Hilton App wasn’t reliable and we got a parking ticket (we added the 3 nights of parking on the app when checked in via app).
Everything else was very good.

Unacceptable Customer Service
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel has been the business travel stay of choice. However, the last several times at this location has been VERY disappointing. The ladies at the Front Desk are unfriendly, discourteous and rude. The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, it has progressively worsened therefore, this will no longer be a hotel of choice.

One of the beds had hair in it. We are certain it had not been changed. We had to share the other bed.
