Publié le 9 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayTout était parfait : la maison est très jolie , spacieuse, a tout ce qu’il faut , et même plus , comme équipements en général et comme ustensiles et ingrédients pour la cuisine.
La vue de la grande terrasse est extraordinaire sur une partie golfe de Naples , capri , le Vésuve , et le château aragonais.
L’emplacement est très calme mais il est facile d’accéder à pied au village ( ça monte au retour quand même !).
Le propriétaire Massimo est très accueillant et fait tout pour nous faciliter le séjour et le rendre agréable.
En résumé, on est enchantés de notre séjour et espérons y retourner un peu plus tard dans la saison une autre année pour avoir un peu plus de restaurants, lieux à visiter et établissements thermaux ouverts.

Un appartement luxueux avec une vue absolument incroyable !
Publié le 18 avr. 2019 sur HomeAwayCet appartement est réellement génial. Une vue couper le souffle : un spectacle permanent. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, très propre, très bien situé. Rien ne manque. Massimo est d'une très grande gentillesse et nous a attendu assez tard à cause de l'avion et du bateau. Accueil très chaleureux. Massimo nous a fourni plein d'indications précieuses. De plus, il avait tout prévu pour notre repas du soir et nous n'avons pas eu à ressortir, épuisés que nous étions. Il est rare de trouver de pareilles attentions. Merci sincèrement. Nous reviendrons !

We found heaven in Ischia!
Publié le 23 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe villa was everything we hoped for and more. Spacious, with all the amenities, the view from the patio is breath-taking. There were days we just enjoyed the sun and warmth and view for a relaxing day. Massimo was so helpful and the restaurants and Island activities he recommended were excellent. Lots of restaurants within walking distance but peace and quiet and tranquility when you are at the villa. I would rate this whole trip 10/10 if I could.

They both greeted my wife an I upon arrival and gave us a comprehensive review of their place and recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Il Giardino was a great recommendation for pizza. All you need is within walking distance. I would go back to this island oasis again and again. Thanks again Massimo and Anna.

wonderful stay for our anniversary at this lovely home. Massimo was by far the best host we've ever encountered. He personally greeted us at the home (and coordinated a time in advance to make sure we met) and went over everything in amazing detail. He shared great insight into the island (things to do, how to rent a car/scooter, where to eat, bus schedule/maps, etc.). We were so grateful! Massimo was very communicative during our stay. He was very available and approachable. He truly made us feel like we were at a home for vacation.
The house speaks for itself. The view is just breathtaking. The area is extremely quiet. It is truly the perfect evening to sit on the patio and just enjoy the view with a glass of wine and some snacks. The house is extremely well-appointed, there is everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It was so nice to have the kitchen well-stocked and no dire need to go to the grocery to get things like napkins, soap, shampoo, etc. The house feels like a calming oasis after sight-seeing all day.
The walk to Ischia Ponte is very easy and the bus does come every 30mins or so. The bus is extremely easy and everyone is very willing to help. We rented a car for a few days at the end of the trip because it was helpful to get around a little quicker to locations further away vs using the bus.
If Massimo would have us, we would love to stay again! Thank you so much for helping us celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary!!

Publié le 13 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayOnce again our stay at Massimo and Anna’s was incredible. Everything they provide, in addition to their well kept home, made our stay relaxing and worry free. It goes without saying that the view is do die for!!! So many breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. It’s quiet, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get where you want with no hassle. We will return as often as possible.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay visiting our relatives in Ischia. The property is clean and exceptionally well stocked. The communication with the owners was terrific. The views and truly breathtaking. We visit Ischia often and this is by far one of the best experiences. Thank you!
