The hotel has 7 floors but only one elevator. It's always packed. There are signs to wear madks inside the hotel but many guests do not follow this request. When I complained to the staff to please ask these people to put on a mask, they apologized but did nothing. I don't want to get in the packed elevator with people without masks.
There is zero social distancing in the lobby. Even though the rooms are ready earlier, the staff follows the rules and refuses to check in guests early. They can check in early but it costs 1000 yen per hour. So the lobby is gets very crowded with incoming guests who just wait around, some without masks on.
Despite supposedly enhanced cleaning, the bathroom was dirty. The sink was grimy and there was black mold growing around the bathtub. The only enhancement was the air purifier in the room.
My floor was supposed to be non smoking, but guests in other rooms were smoking, so that's another "rule" that the hotel is mot enforcing.
Also, the bed was super uncomfortable, probably the worst hotel bed I've ever slept in.
The internet was fast and stable, there is a convenience store right across the street, and the hotel is near the ferry terminal. These are the only good points.

Firstly, we apologize that we could not have relieve your unconsciousness on the Coronavirus. To prevent and minimize the spread of the novel coronavirus, we use disinfectant spray regularly, but we would like to improve our infection control measures as you pointed out such as cooperation for waring masks.
Secondly, we were sorry that you waited when you checked in. Before check in time, which is 3pm, guests can leave their baggage at hotel for free, so it is possible to come early and go out for sightseeing.
We do our best not to keep our guests waiting, so thank you for bringing this concern to our attention.
Thirdly, we apologize that we could not satisfy your expectations about rooms. We would like to improve the cleanness and comfortableness in rooms.
However, we are glad to hear that you seem to satisfy our hotel's location and free wi-fi.
It takes about 10 minutes to visit the shopping mall," Euglena mall" on foot.
We hope that you would enjoy your time in the Ishigaki island next time if you have a chance to visit again.

It was very nice to stay there , the foods are good and the rooms are very clean and well arrange for the number of persons who will stay

Perfect location - walking distance to everywhere. Perfect place to stay if you are planning to do island hopping

Perfect location - close to ferry terminal and lots of restaurants around it.

Shuttle bus , free parking and public bath services are very good. The free WiFi is totally inadequate ; they replied due to the extensively use. I haven’t connected it throughout my 5-day stay. The staffs are nice and helpful.

Posted Jul. 16, 2019 on HotelsAn acceptable hotel for a couple of days. Had a washing machine which was really useful as this was the end of a longer trip. Location wise not right in the middle of the action but an easy walk to the ferry terminal and restaurants. They make you tell them the day before if you want housekeeping ... which I did... and then which didn’t happen which was pretty irritating but I wasn’t in the mood to follow up.

Good location, free parking, clean & tidy room. The staff is helpful and nice.
