Great little up north getaway

Nice location, most everything we needed
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a nice little house situation atop a hill overlooking a beautiful lake. There is a nice park as well as many trails nearby. The yard is not fully enclosed but felt private and had enough room for our dogs to stretch their legs. My only gripe was that the pot coffee maker made weak coffee and the single serve wouldn’t work so I ended up purchasing a moka pot to ensure I could make a decent cup in the mornings. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and had mostly everything we needed. We especially loved the antique stores in downtown Ishpeming and all the awesome trails for hiking and biking nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was without incident. Very comfortable accommodations with all that we needed. Great location as well. We loved the outdoor pellet grill. We didn’t spend much time in the house as we were exploring the beautiful upper peninsula, but the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and the kitchen was an accommodating as well. We appreciated being able to bring our dog too. Communication was great, and we were given an opportunity to check in early if needed. overall everything was awesome. Would definitely stay again!
