Arrived at 3:45 but could not check in and had to wait more than 1 hour. This must be the issue in Expedia or the agency between the hotel and Expedia, there waa an issue regarding room type for our stay. We requested 2 bed rooms with 1 king bed and twin beds but the room was 2 bed rooms with 1 king bed for each room. It was very bad experience and would like to ask Expedia to check the reason and some compensation.

The room was clean and convenient. The restroom are maintained well. Value for money stay.

Cosy couple getaway

The hotel is excellent for its price, great location if visiting Legoland and great food at nearby locations around Bukit Indah (by taxi or car around 5-10 mins). Room condition is very good and room amenities is excellent for a short couple stay. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful during check-in, stay and check-out. Highly recommended!
