The property is amazing, beautifull furniture, near the swiming pool, fantastic beds, great kitchen.

The only complain that I have is that the security guards were not able to hold the noise down after 10 PM. In the three bedroom villa there were university students partying day and night that brought speakers to the swimming pool and party hard for Semana Santa. I recommend stronger swimming pool regulations, specially for main holidays. The unit is one of the most luxurious places I have seen, the precious hard wood floors are so beautiful, and the unit was kept clean with fresh linen and towels. Recommend Oyster Bed Lagoon as the best place to stay in Utila.

Thank you for the feedback. We will make sure that we implement pool hours on busy holidays if the villa is not rented by the same group. This way we can control the noise issue after bedtime hours. We look forward to your return in the near future..
