Nice Quality House + A Lot of Space!
Publié le 12 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a well-built house with a lot of room to spread out! It is about 1.5 km (I think) from the main road on the island, so you can get some peace and quiet. A short walk to town and an even shorter walk to Circle K for snacks, etc.
Overall a great value. No negatives, a solid choice for a group stay!

Privacy and tranquility
Publié le 4 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful property! Pictures need to be updated but wow! The plunge pool is perfect for cooling off from the sun. The garden is alive! Beautiful! Little ways from town, tuk tuks are always near or get a rental in town(golf cart, scooter, etc) Communication with owner and property manager are great. Any issues or concerns just contact them. Realize you’re on an island time, it’s not a city pace. Enjoy the views and sunshine. Relax and enjoy the tranquility. House is perfect for two couple and a few friends(or kids) Aircon is great in the bedrooms but fans are a must. Loved the house plus the Utila brewery is just steps away.

Lovely home off the beaten path
