This is where advertisement they told me that display have AC Wi-Fi TV and they don’t have to bring a lot of money for this room and he’s not worth it I wanted to cancel the second night and the lady didn’t want to return my money back I call hotels.com and complained about it and they didn’t do nothing about it and that even cackle back from them I will never book with thing again I don’t mind paying the money if the play is right

I reserved using expedia.com. The pictures shown on the site where not the actual reservation. I arrived and they had no idea which villa I had reserved, even though I had called to confirm in advance. The villa they said I paid for was not the one on presented on the website. They told me that the one I thought I reserved was a $200 more dollars. I ended up paying $50.00 not to stay in the room they gave me. I had reserved a Deluxe Villa. It was NOT Deluxe by any means. The Villa I ended up with had no water, when they finally gave us access to water, it was brown. The place had rat poop. The beach where you can swim is on the other side of the island.
