Avis Ik Hotel Residence Solo Adultos

We very much enjoyed our stay at IK Hotel.. It is very basic, it was very clean, very quiet and reasonably priced. Holbox can be extremely overpriced.. this was priced exactly right for the service/comfort it offered. The owner/manager was pleasant and there were a few dogs on the property which we adored.. WIFI is slow, Coffee maker in room but No filters, Bed is Extremely Firm, Hammock very comfortable, but, no hot water in the shower to mention and the AC works GREAT!

Clean rooms, very basic. Good location, only 5 minutes walk to the central square, very quiet. We had an issue with the a/c, and wasn't handle properly, being accused of leaving it on when not in the room. Overall good property, good value for money.

The owner is a very good gardener.The property is quite charming with hammocks and night lighting. Not all rooms have a fridge but if you request one she will try to accommodate you. Like a lot of places in Mexico you do not always have good hot water for a shower but the island is currently installing a modern water line so in the future this may be better. Communication is slow through emails,it may take a couple of days to get replies and if you can communicate in spanish it will be better. Over all a pleasant place tonstay. Very quiet and on the outskirts of the village but still walking distance to everything. Next to the Airport but there is only one or two small planes a day so it is not a problem.
