The photos here accurately represent the views. Security: The complex maintains security measures that have satisfied guests' needs. Property Condition: Regular maintenance is a priority for us. We'll investigate the specific areas you mentioned for necessary repairs. Pool Area: The pool photos accurately reflect current conditions. Restaurant Construction: We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the ongoing renovation of restaurant next door. Had we known, we would have communicated that was happening. The restaurant is not part of the condo complex and therefore we do not have control or are we updated. This temporary situation was in fact inconvenient but only lasted a couple of days as reported by other guests enjoying the amenities. Beach Size: Beach dynamics can change seasonally, affecting the apparent size of the beach area. The island had a storm the week before your arrival and this can impact the beach. While we understand this may not have been what you were looking for, it's important to note that during your brief stay, other guests were actively enjoying our amenities, including the pool and beach areas. We're disappointed that you felt unable to discuss your concerns with us before you decided to check out. Our refund policy is clearly stated at the time of booking.
