"We had a very good time here. They take many steps to make you comfortable and feel at home. Emma greeted us every meal with a smile, Erling, Pedro and other servers take care of every need they can see, and the food was very good. At the bar they let us try some local fruit (Lulo, which we had never heard of) and Osvaldo was extremely helpful and enjoyed practicing English with us, which was our pleasure since we were practicing Spanish. We only speak a little Spanish, and Estefany was fantastic for helping us in English with more complicated questions. We stayed in a Deluxe Bungalow and it was quiet. Overall it was a fairly quiet place, which is what we were looking for. The phytoplankton tour was amazing and our favorite. The jellyfish tour as pretty good. The snorkeling was not as good as other places we have been, but still worthwhile for the price. If you are a little adventurous you can visit the staff accommodation area where there are a couple of pigs and some turtles. There is a very nice man, one of the maintenance men, who takes care of the animals. If you are even more adventurous you can visit the village on the other side of the island, where some staff live, which we did and were greeted nicely there also.
