Very pleasant and helpful staff. I told them I was getting married and they had extra special touches to my room. Very thankful for that. Food was excellent and loved the option for room service.

overall, the staff were very attentive and helpful.
Obviously the property is small in size and a "guest house" title would be more befitting.
Annoying part is the supervisor in the small dining room looking at you constantly whilst you are eating. One feels privacy is invaded.

We have made our efforts to hire seasonal and professional staff to look after you but these kind of blunders do happen and i am personally sorry for that.
