OverAll a Bad Experience

Manager over there was not supporting and failed to understand the meaning of complimentary breakfast. no one came to clean the room. wash room was not in working condition on last day, we need to use washroom of neighbouring room. they looks trained for international guests.

Thank you for your feedback, We find it very discomforting that your stay was not pleasant. The food items listed on the Complimentary Breakfast menu are free, however if the guests require an additional items from the Menu they are on additional charge. The rooms are cleaned on daily basis, however on your particular instance it had been requested room to be let they way it is. The moment our team realized that there was some problem in water circulation in the bathroom, you were shifted to the adjacent room.

Property is really beautiful but the food is not good at all.

Good service and maintenance. However the washroom did not have any shampoo or hair dryer.

Well located but poor Wifi connection
