Avis Gulf View Retreat @ Bay Harbor

This was our third time staying in this neighborhood and this was the best condo yet! The place is stunning, the views are gorgeous, it felt clean and comfortable. I love having the gym and pool there and the maintenance guys are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this condo, we will definitely be back!

Great place to stay with the family

We have stayed in this condo complex previously and have really enjoyed the property. Nice pool that is not too busy. There are not a ton of kids screaming and yelling. We had an issue getting into the unit as the door was locked and the code only worked on the deadbolt, not the door handle. So there we were, tired after a day of traveling, with all our luggage, calling the property manager to try to access our rental. Not a great start to our week! We did get in finally. There were several other issues that need to be fixed. The key to the ice machine didn’t work. The faucet in the kitchen sink is stuck in one position. It doesn’t swivel as it should. They have a gorgeous set of chef’s knives, but no cutting board. The shower floor in the master bath is extremely slippery. We had to buy a mat so one of us didn’t slip and fall. This particular unit is very nicely furnished with a few exceptions. It would be really nice to have some lounging furniture on the balcony. It was wonderful to sit out there at night but the chairs were not comfortable. I would recommend this property, even with the mentioned issues.

I have stayed in this complex many times over the years and love the location for boating/fishing. This is a great unit and the property manager was very attentive and helpful. Will stay again.
