Islamorada Home with Private Beach Freshly updated Waterfront and Swimming Pool

Relax in Islamorada, Enjoy the day deep sea fishing, and watch the sunset at our private beach. Our 5/3 House is freshly updated. Master has a king-size bed and the two others have full beds with trundles underneath to sleep 3 or 4 kids, 2 more bedrooms downstairs with 1 king-size bed, and 1 king and twin-size bed, Freshly furnished, and the bathrooms are freshly updated as well. The boat dock can hold up to a 40 ft boat with power and water at the dock there is a lot to do and see in the keys but you must have your transportation!

We have bikes to get around the neighborhood and a five-minute ride to the beach. But you will need your own car to travel throughout the keys...

Great private beach!
This vacation rental offers a prime location with a private beach, which was undoubtedly the best feature of our 7-day stay. While we encountered numerous issues, we appreciated the host's responsive efforts to address our concerns. While the property has potential due to its location, the numerous maintenance and functionality issues significantly impacted our stay. The electrical problems, in particular, were concerning and disruptive. The discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the actual setup was disappointing. We want to highlight that the host was responsive and made sincere efforts to address our concerns throughout our stay. Their attentiveness was appreciated, even though many issues persisted. For future guests, we recommend the property undergo a thorough overhaul of its electrical systems, repairs to the TVs and screens, and addressing various structural issues. Additionally, providing more essential supplies would improve the guest experience. Despite the host's best efforts, our stay fell short of expectations due to the property's condition. With significant improvements, this rental could become a great destination, given its excellent location

Awesome Keys vacation spot!
Awesome property… from the dock, boat lift, swim spa, outdoor space, and private beaches (AMAZINC!)… this property was a perfect spot for our first trip to the Florida Keys. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Home was clean and spacious, and provided nice privacy in the outdoor living space. The pool (more of a swim spa) was a great spot to relax in the evenings! Would recommend and would consider booking again if we make it back to the Keys. Only things to note… the 2 extra bedrooms upstairs have full beds, not queen sized (listing says queen and description says full, so we were prepared for them to be full sized). Would only be an issue if you needed them for a couple. My 6’4” son chose to sleep in one of the king beds downstairs instead, so nice option to have the extra king beds downstairs. (Just fyi… there is no access to the downstairs “apartment” from inside of the main floor.) Also, the kitchen is not the most well equipped for a lot of cooking, but we made it work for the few meals we made at home, and there is a grill outside! Overall, a great house and amazing property! Absolutely loved the private beach… so beautiful!! We made some great memories and miss it already!

Islamorada house
The home has many positive but also several weaknesses. It would only take a small investment to take this property from a three star to a five star. The bedroom ext to the primary only has a full size bed. It is a good size bedroom that could take a king size bed and a dresser. There was only one bedroom that had a lamp. The bedroom downstairs didn't have any lamps and only one of the ceiling fan lights worked. The pool is really just a large spa. The outdoor seating area with the TV was one of my favorite spots at the house. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Our favorite part about the house was the access to the private beaches. The larger private beach was one of the prettiest I've ever been on and it really increased the value of this rental. Currently as the house is set up I would recommend it for a family or for no more than two couples. We really did enjoy our stay, this house has so much potential. investment to take this house from a sea to an a

Great location, lovely property. Needs more plates and bowls. Some sort of information pack ie. garbage collection days, pool cleaning/ use details and more about the private beach would be helpful.

Perfect Casa
Stayed 7 nights with 2 families all over 18.The house was set up great, all the kids downstairs and adults upstairs. House was well equipped with all the toys you need for a day on the boat or beach. We had our 26 ft boat on the lift and the owners had a golf cart we used to goto White Marlin beach. Highly recommended!

Great vacation!
Everything was great! Was probably one of our best vacations ever! Private beach was amazing! Close drive to so many places - Key Largo and Marathon Key both 30 minutes away. Key West a little over an hour. Close proximity to Publix, great restaurants and shopping. We will be back next year!

Fishing trip!!!
Our family and friends had an absolutely amazing time staying at this property in the Keys!! We had 6 twentysomethings, my husband and myself. We rented a boat and had a great homebase. The property was beautiful and clean. Owners responded quickly to our questions. Enough supplies for the stay. Pool/hot tub was a super place to relax after a day on the water. We used the bikes and the paddleboards. Manatees swimming in the channel and pelicans all over looking for our fish scraps.
