Publié le 7 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall the cabin was good. The river and view from the cabin and deck was beautiful. It would have been nice for it to have been a few less weeds and tall grass, at least right around the cabin and entryways. Also some type of end tables or something you could sit a cop of coffee or a glass of wine on in the living room and on the deck.?? We figured out a way to make it work, just a suggestion. Thank you.

Family Wilderness Gathering
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur goal was to be together and enjoy wilderness, animals, and fishing. Wasn't the right time of year for animal viewing but otherwise was a wonderful trip. Centrally located and comfortable. Good supply of kitchen and clothes cleaning products, coffee cups and kitchen garbage bags. Great blender and kitchen pot assortment. Could use more drinking glasses.

Great view of river
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall match to description; we enjoyed the views and access to local parks and activities. The river access was difficult and we had to clear a path to get to the rivers bank. The rocky terrain behind the house is dangerous to all; be careful.

Thanks so much for staying at Henry's Fork. So sorry you had trouble getting to the river. We would have helped had we known. As explained earlier, calls are best for quick response . The path to the river is north of the cabin, not on the ancient lava flow, the rocky terrain. However, for boat access, we recommend Osborne Bridge, as explained in the handbook.

Island Park Vacation

Amazing Views
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay with amazing views of Henry Fork River. We saw elk and mule deer feeding in the river from the house in the late evenings. It was about a 35-40 minute drive to Yellowstone depending on traffic, but it was a nice drive. The home was suitable for my husband and I along with our 22 year old daughter. The home was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Linda was amazing to work with. She always answered our questions immediately and was so sweet and kind. I would recommend this property to anyone with a small family. If we’re ever back in the area we will definitely stay in this charming cabin again.

Beautiful location!

Great Cabin
