Beautiful house, AMAZING VIEWS!
Publié le 27 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is a gem!! Our family absolutely loved our stay here! You are surrounded by incredible views all around. If you’re looking for seclusion and privacy, this house is for you. Our kids loved sliding down the driveway in the snow! Kept them entertained for hours! :-D The house is well cared for and was well stocked with extra items we didn’t expect. Had no issues checking in, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Home Away from Home
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is everything we expected and more. We immediately felt right at home. It was very clean throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, pans, small appliances, etc. We also made good use of the 2nd refrigerator downstairs.
Sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. Each bedroom had plenty of closet and drawer space as well as several luggage racks.
We especially loved the view of Henry's Lake and the surrounding area. It could not be more spectacular.
We hope to come back and stay at this property again in the future.

Great house for a family get together
Publié le 11 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOur family enjoyed a week at this house and it more than met our expectations. It was not fancy but everything worked well and it was clean. The views from the house are beautiful. West Yellowstone is just about 30 minutes away so access to the park is excellent.

Amazing view

The bathrooms could be laid out better. Upstairs has a bath and 1/2 but sleeps 12
Main floor sleep 4 but has two full baths
Basement sleeps 4 with one bath
Kitchen was well stocked with glasses and wares but was small for the size of the house and was constricted by the island.
The house does not have AC and during our stay the temps were in the upper 80's so it was hot during the day on the main and second floors. Evenings on the second floor were warm.
But the views could not have been more amazing, however, there is a new housing additional (40-60 lots) that will be built in the valley of this amazing view.

Thank you so much for your detailed review. We appreciate that you felt the bathrooms were not compatible to your situation, however most guests utilize the main floor bathroom for their overflow guests from upstairs. We also provide ample mirrors in the home so that some can get ready in their bedrooms for the upcoming day ahead. We will keep everyone posted in the months ahead as there has been some discussion to adding AC to our current system for the warmer days, however, we do find that if you open the windows at night to let in the cold mountain air and than close up during the day that the house stays relatively cool.
We would like to address the "40 - 60 lots being built" - after contacting the guest and doing some independent research, it was discovered that they are discussing a subdivision that is 3 miles from the cabin - our beautiful view of the meadows and Henry's Lake will not be disturbed in ANY WAY.

Beautiful getaway

We were extremely worried about the people in our party not having A/C but it ended up being just fine. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

Outstanding Home!

One downside. Description does not say no use of garage. Just one photo that I missed. So if planning on garage this is not home for you.
Great stay at a lovely home and beautiful winter view.
