Loved the neighborhood
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe hot tub was disgusting even after complaining and the company sent people over to clean the hot tub it was so dirty you still couldn’t use it. If you’re going to advertise a brand new hot tub it should be in good working condition. The cabin had no complimentary soaps or coffee that’s usually pretty standard at a VRBO. Master bedroom bed is very uncomfortable. This cabin is not worth the price.

Thanks for the feedback. We're very sorry that you had an unpleasant experience. The hot tub is checked prior to each arrival but regardless we did come over to clean and service it again for you. We wanted to make sure that you were taken care of. Not every Vrbo provides shampoo or coffee. This is listed in the information that you received so, it should not have been a surprise that it was not provided. Again, thank you for the feedback.

Great for family

Overall great stay
Publié le 26 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayCabin was very clean and well stocked with all supplies and linens that you could need. The hot tub is old and kept overheating but we still enjoyed it (mgr sent someone to look at it immediately). Both sliding glass doors on the back would not lock so we used wooden sticks instead (we did not mention this to Mgr as I'm sure they knew and that is why the sticks were in the doors already) And the internet/cable TV went out for 2 days (Mgr offered to have someone look at it but we declined). We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Comfortable, properly equipped with everything we would need during our stay and perfectly secluded yet close enough to Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Especially loved upon first entry having a few lights on and the fireplace running. Such a welcomed site after two full days of driving!!

Publié le 22 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayUnique, roomy, entirely comfortable, this house held eight of us easily. We took advantage of the large kitchen, living room, hot tub and basement ping pong table. This is a wonderful place and well worth bringing family together.
