New 4000 sq ft log lodge on IP Bills Island in a pine forest only 600 feet from island resident's boat launch on Island Park Reservoir. Only 35 minutes from West Yellowstone National Park entrance. Large kitchen and great room and covered wrap around deck with BBQ. Five separate bedrooms that accommodate 15 guests. Large game room with ping pong and foosball as well as media room with 65" UHD TV and surround sound system. All new beds mattresses and furniture. Free WI Fi and internet TV. High output gas fireplace in great room as well as stone lined fire pit for outdoor gatherings.

Loved our stay at this property. The communication and response to any of our questions was quick. Just few things to note: 1) the patio wasn’t cleaned 2) garage wasn’t available to use 3) master bedroom wasn’t available to use.

Beautiful home near Yellowstone
The house is BEATIFUL and very well made. The space very comfortably accommodated our mixed age group of 15. The basement is an excellent space with activities and toys for all ages. The kitchen is well appointed. The location is convenient to Yellowstone. The owners provided a great list of ideas/activities that proved to be terrific. We had an absolutely wonderful time and are thankful for the beautiful spaces the house provided. We’d be remiss if we didn’t point out a few disappointments… Access to the house within the gated community was a frustration… only 2 gate passes are provided - not enough to accommodate 15 people. Tho the owners were willing to buzz cars in, having only 2 passes required constant coordination and/or inconvenience for having to shuttle down to gate to let others in. Also important for some would be to acknowledge that there is no Master bedroom offered and no bedroom on the main floor - challenging for mobility limited people. Access roads on the island and to the property are dirt giving us the experience of both heavy dust and mud during our stay. Finally, we’ve been spoiled by owners that go out of their way to provide conveniences that we were disappointed weren’t offered, especially at this price point… limited supply of TP and paper towels (only 2 rolls per bathroom for a one week stay with 15 people?), no shampoo or soap… the little things. All in all, a wonderful place and experience. Minor tweaks and it’d be perfect.

Great House!!
Our extended family of 18 whom several were visiting as far as Thailand and Australia loved this home. We ended up renting this house and another one on Bill's Island since our group was so large but we spent most of the time at this house. The front porch and the great room/kitchen area were awesome and perfect for everyone to spend some quality time together. House was clean and well equipped and the communication with the Owners was great. The only drawback, but it is minor, is that it would have been nice to have more dressers/closets to unpack our clothes (especially since we were there for 2 weeks). Loved the area - so beautiful and really enjoyed that Yellowstone was a short 20-30 min. drive.

Beautiful home
The cabin is clean, beautiful and we’ll stocked. Beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the lake and about a 15-20 minute drive from Mack’s Inn and the store. 40 minutes to West Yellowstone. We had a couple of issues which were addressed immediately and adequately. Clayton and Trish couldn’t be nicer or more responsive. Perfect for our family if 8!

Great home!
The home was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Very spacious and even more beautiful than the wonderful photos in the listing. Other than the initial check-in we didn't need to communicate with the owners because everything was as described and working perfectly. We would happily stay at this home again if we came back to the Yellowstone area.

Amazing Property
This property is amazing and in a great location for all the area has to offer from visiting the parks to fishing, hiking and site seeing. Check in and out was very easy and this property is stocked better than any other VRBO or condos we have stayed at. We had everything we could possibly need for a home away from home stay. We all enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week with our family at Island Pines. It is a beautiful home surrounded by tall trees. We saw a buck walking in the woods behind the house one morning. We had room for everyone and loved the game room, large porch and big dining table to be able to spend time together. Our vacation focus was Yellowstone, so we did not take part in the activities in the immediate area. It usually took about 40 minutes to get into Yellowstone. We were probably there at the warmest time of year… and the upstairs was a little warm for some of our family at night… I personally did not feel uncomfortable with open windows and a fan. The basement was quite cool and the system did distribute air to the main floor well (as described). I think i didn’t have a good feel that the house was technically 3 stories when I initially read about it and so the cooling system it has does not include the top floor. Tricia was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay! Would recommend !

Perfect family getaway
We had a fabulous time. Perfect setting for a family of 8 adults and 7 kids, ages 5-14. Easy drive to the West entrance of Yellowstone and we visited the park 3 times during the week we were there. The house had everything we needed to fix our meals. It was a great getaway from our hectic lives at home!

The house was absolutely amazing and was exactly as pictured. Well stocked with additional amenities such as spices, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. The owners were very nice and were available to assist with with anything we needed. We would definitely rent this house again. We had plenty of space for our large family of 10.

Family Trip
There were so many good things about this place. Comfortable, enough space for our group of 12, game room, large dinning table, fire pit, I could go on and on. We had people from 72 to 5 with us and everyone had a great time. The one and only hard thing was the kitchen, for such a large group. It's really tight. And trying too cook for that many people is just chaos plus no garbage disposal. Other than that its one of the best places we have stayed.

Beautiful Lodge Getaway Experience
The lodge setting was ideal for our family to use as a base camp gateway to Yellowstone, Tetons and Big Sky adventures. The lodge is beautifully built and three floors allows for fun times as well as quiet time. The kitchen was fully functional with everything we needed. The huge porches made for great outside space and the grill and fire pit added to the memories! We highly recommend and would love to come back on future endeavors.

Magical Christmas Vacation
Dreamy white Christmas vacation, made perfect with snowmobile adventures and sleigh rides. The house was clean and the owners were more than accommodating. Wonderful home away from home near Yellowstone
If you want all your creature comforts while staying in the middle of God’s country this is it. Beautifully appointed log home on a private island is only 36 minutes from Yellowstone. Great communication with owners makes this wonderful vacation effortless. Will return for furthur exploration of this beautiful part of America.
