Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologise that your experience did not meet your expectations.We regret that the view from your room was not satisfactory. It is adequately advertised as "No View" on all booking channels and our own website and priced accordingly as our lowest priced ensuite double.While we are glad you enjoyed your meal in the bar, we are concerned to hear about the disturbance caused by other guests. Please be assured that we take such matters seriously, and we will address this with our team to ensure all guests can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.We are pleased that you found our breakfast enjoyable but apologise for your inconvenience caused by the presence of pets. As a dog-friendly hotel, we do our best toaccommodate all our guests, both those with pets and those without. We are advertised and described by many past guests as incredibly dog-friendly and it is not something we are looking at changing but your feedback is appreciated nonetheless.Regarding the cost of soda water, we do feel that the pricing of all of our drinks is appropriate.Thank you for your kind words about our staff; they will be happy to know that their efforts were appreciated.We wish you all the best in your future travels and hope you find a hotel that better suits your preferences.

Nice for a short visit.

A nice wee hotel. Nicely decorated and lovely views out over the water. We left the window open overnight and we could hear the waves which was bliss! Dinner was also lovely. Slight negatives - the mirror in the bathroom is far too high, even for a tall person. No blind on the smaller window in our room so very bright in the morning. Breakfast finishes too early - 8.45am! I want to enjoy a bit of a lie in if I’m away from home. Check out is also too early at 10am considering that you can’t check in until after 3pm.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are pleased that on the whole you enjoyed your stay. We are hoping to get our new blinds installed very soon. Unfortunately the fitter’s terminal illness diagnosis prevented them being installed on schedule. Our breakfast times and check-in and check-out times are best suited to our business and limited staff resources we encounter and are challenged with on our small Scottish island.

The Corrie Hotel really was our home away from home during our 3-day stay on the Isle of Arran. A short drive on a good road from the Brodick ferry terminal, we found the Corrie Hotel to be a convenient base for our island explorations. The warm atmosphere in the pub and common areas was very welcome after a long day. One of the best features of the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. Another is the included breakfast in the dining room which is very convenient given the distance from other breakfast options in Brodick.
