The property is clean and welcoming and provides a good base to explore Lewis (and Harris)
Good easy walks available locally from the property but also a good site from which to experience the island (I cannot vouch for the public transport situation)

GREAT STAY WITH LOTS OF HOME COMFORTS

Not only was it beautifully cosy and spotlessly clean there was everything you could think left for our use in this lovely cottage. Ranging from a selection of coffee syrups & fab coffee machine to bubble bath, shampoo and conditioner. We felt straight at home and had a wonderful night’s sleep – so sad to leave the next morning for our onward travels. Thank you so much for all the thought you have put in to making it a relaxing break.

Great location, only 10 mins by car from the ferry port..
Harris and Lewis was beuatiful and i wouldn't hesitate to stay at Peninsula Cottage again... thank you.

The property was so quaint and beautiful. The owner had teas, coffee, syrups, and even some milk in the fridge. It also has a washer. This was our favorite place the whole trip! Definitely recommend!
